This cat prefers to keep his distance, but he will come as close as one foot away from a quiet human if food is offered. He eats a lot. On one occasion, he was observed chasing away another cat who was believed to have been the dark striped female, although the identity of this cat was not completely confirmed. However, he has also been chased away by other cats once or twice.
